    I would buy the top three, use TLCHartsville.com (forward the .org address to your site) and keep the .tv address for the future, when your church grows, you’re multicampus, and are utilizing TV/broadcast technology…

    Thanks for the input! We’re still exploring all the possibilities at this point.

    Although, there are a lot of churches that use the .tv domain as their main address: trinitychurch.tv, epicchurch.tv, churchatthecrossing.tv amongst others. It is a “trendy” new domain, but of course I’d prefer to have a .com or .org

    http://www.thelviingchurch.tv. I think its always best when your web address is the exact name of your church. Good marketing, for lack of a better word. I also think the word “church” should be in the domain, not only for search engines – which is a good enough reason by itself, but also because people will recognize that you are a church anytime they are introduced to your web address.
